Membership Requirements

WKCC is open to primary care providers who share our commitment to delivering high quality​, high-value health care. As a WKCC member, you will commit to:

• Using low-cost, high-quality facilities and providers to deliver the greatest value
• Serving as an active participant in WKCC by attending meetings, participating in quality improvement efforts, etc.
• Using technology solutions such as Proficient Health for referrals and Arcadia for data and analytics.
